The properties of rose essential oil make it one of the most precious essential oils in aromatherapy. It is the most precious natural ingredient in the most famous and expensive perfumes and cosmetics. It is considered as powerful natural anti-wrinkle, moisturizing, improver of blood circulation, anti-depressant and sedative. It helps against anxiety and stress. It helps to the reproduction of skin cells. Rose is known as «queen of flowers" and has been the inspiration for medicine and cosmetology, as it is rich in vitamin C, A, E, K, pectin and tannins.
The rose essential oil, gives harmony to mind as it greatly helps depression, intense anger, sadness, fear, anxiety, while facing sexual problems. In the respiratory system, act effectively in asthma and cough, and the digestive system in cases of nausea and congestion. For females, it is particularly useful in cases of abnormal menstruation, menorrhagia and balances the hormonal system. It moisturizes and tones, particularly the mature and dry skin and contributes to the repair of capillaries. It is very effective in the treatment of herpes and eczema. In Medicine:
- For mental, physical and spiritual harmony, add 10 drops of essential rose oil in ceramic device for essential oils.
- As an anxiolytic. Take 2 drops on a handkerchief and inhale, or inhale directly from the bottle.
- As an antidepressant. Pour one drop on a corner of your pillow.
- Against dysmenorrhea and gynecological problems. In 1 liter of water take 5 drops of essential oil and then have yourself warm compresses. The same recipe soothes the pain of rheumatism and neck pain.
- For postpartum depression. Add 10 drops to bath.
- For headaches, varicose veins, swelling, redness and irritated skin, have cold compresses by mixing 5 drops of essential oil in 1 liter of water.
- Foot bath. Pour 8 drops of essential oil per 5 liters of water. footbathing is reflective to the body, so the body enjoys all the beneficial properties of rose essential oil.

- Against dry skin. Add one drop of rose essential oil to base oil and apply topically to affected areas.
- As a perfume. Add 2 drops of essential to a base oil of your choice and apply to wrists.
- As face mask. Add 2 drops of rose essential oil, 2 teaspoons of your toner, 1 tablespoon yogurt, at room temperature and finally 1 teaspoon of honey. Suitable for mixed and normal skin.
- Add 1 drop of essential oil in your face cream and apply daily.
Essential oils must not used insoluble (i.e. without using a solvent or base oil) because there is a serious risk of burns. The dosage for the dissolution of essential oils varies from case to case Essential oils and its derivatives could not be used without doctor’s advice, in case of:

- Infants and babies younger than 2 years old.
